The TFP Approach
Our goal is to help candidates pass the CFA Level 1 Exam and land finance roles through structured, one-on-one recruiting prep — all delivered by CFA Charterholders with significant finance industry experience
Disciplined Self Study Schedule
We provide a preset schedule for candidates to follow along that helps them stay on track with their exam prep strategy and allows ample time for review and completion of mock exams
By following our preset schedule candidates will finish the curriculum with enough time to spare to complete a thorough review of topics they found challenging and attempt a sufficient number of mock exams under exam like conditions. We believe that mock exams are one of the most important tools available to improve candidates chances of success on exam day. By adhering to our disciplined schedule, candidates will reach the stage where they are comfortable attempting mock exams at an optimal time in their exam preparation schedule.
Dedicated Support
Instructor-led support provided through Email
Our instructors will be on hand to support you throughout your exam preparation journey. Moreover, the instructors will also leverage their industry experience to provide real world examples while covering the Level 1 curriculum.
Resume & Interview Benchmarking
We benchmark every resume and mock interview against the standard finance recruiters actually apply
Candidates receive a structured assessment of their resume against finance recruiting screens. For interview prep, mock sessions are graded across Technicals and Behaviorals with feedback delivered live.
Interactive Feedback
Resume reviews and mock interviews are conducted live over MS Teams, not as a one-way markup. Candidates and coaches work through the resume together — bullet by bullet — so every revision is explained, not just edited. Feedback is provided live after the mock interviews
Sessions are delivered one-on-one via MS Teams. Rather than returning a marked-up document and leaving the candidate to interpret the changes, our coaches walk through each bullet in real time — discussing the underlying work, reframing it for finance recruiting standards. Mock interviews are tailored for the roles the candidate is targeting and feedback is provided in session post the interview.
