Sri Ramakrishnan, CFA
Lead Instructor
Sri Ramakrishnan has over a decade of international experience in Corporate Banking and Leveraged Finance, working in various financial centers such as New York City, London, Toronto, and Dublin. He has advised and supported multinational clients in structuring and executing bank financing solutions for mergers and acquisitions, capital expenditures, and other strategic corporate initiatives. In addition to his banking career, Sri is actively involved in finance education, providing preparatory courses for the CFA® program, Srinivas currently works as a Vice President in the Corporate & Investment Banking department of a leading Canadian financial institution based in New York City.
Sri holds a BA (Honors) and MA in Economics & Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin (Ireland), an MSc in Finance (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Warwick (U.K.), and an MBA (Summa Cum Laude) from the Rotman School of Management - University of Toronto (Canada). He is also a CFA® Charterholder, having passed all three CFA® program exams on the first attempt.
Sri has placed in the top 10% of his graduating class at all of the universities that he has attended.
Outside of work, Sri enjoys managing his personal investment portfolio and staying current on developments in financial markets, economics, and geopolitics. A passionate sports enthusiast, he enjoys playing soccer and is a lifelong supporter of Chelsea FC.
Manu Ramesh, CFA
Lead Instructor
Manu Ramesh brings over 16 years of international experience across Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Business Development, having worked in diverse markets including the United States, Canada, Singapore, France, and India. He currently serves as a Corporate Development Manager at a leading Belgian plastics manufacturer, where he is responsible for evaluating strategic investment opportunities, supporting cross-border transactions, and driving long-term business growth initiatives.
In addition to his corporate role, Manu is also engaged in finance education, providing preparatory courses for the CFA® Program. His prior professional experience spans Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Strategy roles within the Technology and Pharmaceutical sectors, where he built a track record of success in both commercial execution and strategic development.
Manu holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore (India) and an MBA (Summa Cum Laude) from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto (Canada), where he graduated as Class Valedictorian. He is a CFA® Charterholder, having completed all three levels of the CFA® Program on his first attempt.
Fluent in five languages, including French, Manu enjoys an active lifestyle outside of work. His personal interests include tennis, swimming, golf, stand-up paddling, and surfing, and he maintains a sense of humor about his efforts to perfect his skiing technique on the bunny hill.
Chris Kidybinski
Digital Marketing Strategist
Chris Kidybinski brings nearly two decades of diverse professional experience across digital marketing, sales, and education. He has lived and worked in both Canada and Japan, spending ten years in Tokyo, where he developed a deep understanding of business strategy and cross-cultural communication.
In his current role as Digital Marketing Strategist & Social Media Manager at TFP, Chris leads the development of digital content, and manages the company’s social media presence.
Before joining TFP, Chris spent seven years at Omega Food Importers, where he consistently ranked among the company’s top-performing sales professionals. Earlier in his career, he served as Lead Instructor at a premier English language school in Tokyo’s Marunouchi business district, earning distinction as the institution’s highest-rated educator.
Chris holds an Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Digital Enterprise Management from the University of Toronto. He is fluent in English and conversant in both Japanese and Polish. Outside of work, Chris is an active electronic music producer specializing in trance and future bass, and he enjoys motorsports—particularly time on the drift track.
Moh Iqbal, CFA
Lead Instructor
Moh Iqbal brings over fifteen years of experience across Wealth Management and Internal Audit within the Capital Markets sector. He has held key roles in business strategy, supporting the Mass Affluent and High Net Worth client segments at several top five Canadian financial institutions. His experience also spans the Direct Investing and Robo-Advisor space, where he contributed to the development of innovative client solutions and strategic initiatives.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Moh is passionate about finance education and delivers preparatory courses for the CFA® Program. He currently works in Capital Markets Audit, focusing on risk management, governance, and control frameworks across complex financial operations.
Moh holds a BA (Honors) in Economics from the University of Toronto. He also obtained his MBA from the Rotman School of Management - University of Toronto and is a CFA® Charterholder.
Outside of work, Moh enjoys managing his family’s investment portfolio, staying current on developments in capital markets, and golfing during the summer months. He is an avid traveler and actively volunteers as a mentor for new immigrants, helping them navigate career transitions and professional development in Canada.
